Couples, Family, and Individual Therapist

Hi I'm Charity,

I am a dedicated therapist who is passionate about empowering individuals, couples, and families to overcome life's challenges and discover their true potential.

I use a collaborative client-centered approach that focuses on your strengths. I use several modalities to help improve communication and connection, including Emotion Focused Therapy and Gottman. I am a brain and body based therapist that focuses on the nervous system and utilize brain science that informs my interventions so you can learn more about yourself and move past blocks.

Individuals:

In my practice, I specialize in working with young women who may struggle with self-esteem, self-worth, and finding their voice. I believe that every individual has inherent worth and deserves to feel confident and empowered in their own skin. Together, we will create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your insecurities, break free from negative beliefs, and develop a strong sense of self. Through personalized guidance, reflective exercises, and empowering conversations, I will help you rediscover your inner strength and embrace the amazing person you truly are.

Couples:

Additionally, I am passionate about helping couples build healthy and fulfilling relationships that are rooted in love, trust, and mutual respect. Whether you are navigating the challenges of pre-marital preparation or seeking guidance to strengthen your existing partnership, I provide a collaborative approach that focuses on effective communication, conflict resolution, and nurturing emotional connections. Together, we will work towards building a strong foundation for a thriving and fulfilling relationship.

Families:

Furthermore, I have experience in family counseling, understanding that family dynamics can be complex and overwhelming at times. I offer support and guidance to families dealing with a wide range of challenges, including parenting struggles, blended family dynamics, and communication breakdowns. By providing a compassionate and non-judgmental environment, I strive to help families find effective solutions, improve understanding, and create a harmonious home environment.

I am here to listen, support, and guide you on your journey towards healing, growth, and personal transformation. Together, let's explore the challenges you face, uncover your inner strengths, and unlock the path to a fulfilling and purposeful life. Your voice matters, and I am committed to helping you find the power within your own words. Let's embark on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment together!
