Hi, I'm Cherie,

I provide individualized therapy to every unique person, helping you find new ways to grow, change, and connect to yourself and others. I believe that the human brain is expansive in ways that are limitless. I enjoy creating the space where my clients go places they never thought possible. I enjoy diving deep to make real and lasting change possible.

A lot of times, people come to me after trying other therapy saying things likes: "I feel like I really didn't get to the core of the issue", "I still feel stuck". It's satisfying when I get the feedback from them that they are finally getting to the root cause and feel like they finally can do something different.

A large majority of the work I do with my clients is helping them build confidence, improve their lives, and gain their sense of self-worth. I love watching them learn to love and be a friend to themselves.

I have realized that we all need more understanding, kindness, and acceptance in our lives. I long to support and inspire people to be more present, conscious, and intentional. We can move forward to a fully enlivened life. It is very exciting and uplifting to see people heal, transform, and become fully alive again

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy being outdoors with my two dogs and husband. I'm an avid continuous learner and am always reading several books at a time. I'm always finding new creative projects to try. I train in Rhythm ballroom and have taught Dance Fitness for many years. I enjoy taking acting classes and performing. Considering that rhythm, movement and drama are effective forms of therapy, I love to bring these passions into the therapy room.
